We start with five conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, Crohn’s disease and multiple sclerosis, and will add others over time.

Content is educational. It offers no diagnosis or prescription and does not replace your doctor.

Every article is written in plain language with its sources and last-updated date, and its review status is shown on the page. A medical reviewer is named only after formal verification.

In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately. This site is not an emergency service.

Google Play and App Store buttons appear on this site once the app is available to download. Until then you can use the patient portal in your browser.

We collect as little data as possible and explain it plainly, and the patient controls what is shared.

You share only what you pick, and every item can be switched off. Links expire automatically and you can stop them earlier.

No. We do not sell personal data, and this site uses no advertising cookies.
